The Account Representative will manage requests and inquiries for established accounts with the utmost integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities in this Role The P & C - Account Representative will manage all customer inquiries.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to learn, understand, and recommend our wide variety of products as well as provide our customers with up to date, detailed information about their current policies.
This role also manages, reports, tracks and resolves all customer issues and concerns.
Skills & Experiences for Success Occupy a high capacity for multitasking.
Maintain an intense level of professionalism while handling confidential information.
Communicate clearly and frequently.
Previous success in customer service Ability to explain detailed policy concepts in a simple way.
